Abdullah Bouzubar is a passionate Exercise Specialist with a strong background in strength and conditioning, functional training, and athletic performance development. With a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Bond University, Australia, and hands-on experience working with athletes and general populations, he specializes in performance optimization, injury prevention, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. Abdullah combines scientific knowledge with practical coaching experience to help clients and athletes reach peak performance while building long-term strength, resilience, and body awareness.
